What happens if my product doesn’t work?
We will replace your product free of charge or refund your money. We want this product to be a great joy not cause you issues.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund for a 12-month period for any factory fault. However normal criteria apply around misuse or damaged products i.e. we will not replace something if it has been used in a manner that it is not designed to be used in. For example, electronics that have been crushed or immersed in water. We are also able to send replacement items if you would prefer. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible. Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our team and we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your replacement/refund.
What if I change my mind, can I return product?
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the product. After 14 days we will, unfortunately, be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that return postage fees are covered by you.
