What is the difference between the Stella and Vega models?

The Stella system has 3 connections in the plug a +ve, a -ve and a data. So it charges your device as well as has capacity to transfer data.

The Vega only has 2 , a +ve & a -ve.

So with The Stella you can transfer data from device to laptop and vice versa, people use this for say Apple CarPlay or Android Auto or when flying drones. 

Most of what I sell is just charge only (Vega & Nova) as most people only want to charge their phones and can use Bluetooth or email for data.

The Stella system is not compatible with the Vega system due to different number of connection points.

Does the product come with a guarantee?

Yes. We offer a no questions 100% money back guarantee refund for a 12-month period for any factory fault. However normal criteria apply around misuse or damaged products i.e. we will not replace something if it has been used in a manner that it is not designed to be used in. For example, electronics that have been crushed or immersed in water. We are also able to send replacement items if you would prefer. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible. Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our team and we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your replacement/refund.

What happens if my product doesn’t work?

We will replace your product free of charge or refund your money. We want this product to be a great joy not cause you issues.

What if I change my mind, can I return product?


Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the product. After 14 days we will, unfortunately, be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that return postage fees are covered by you.

How long will the product take to ship to me?

We will endeavor to get the orders processed and out the door onto a courier within 1 working day. For example, If you order Monday expect it to be packed and ready for pickup by courier by Wednesday
